I want this key so bad lol, I live in Auckland and for the first time in my gaming life my lag will not exist and my American counterparts can SUCK IT

If I'm not mistaken, 'luck' (or as close to it as we can get) is still involved. This simply improves the amount of 'luck' in your favor. ;)

That can only be known if we had the exact number of people eligible to get a key. You can pretty much just say that you count as 10 people (1*10=10). So, if there are 1000 people eligible to receive a key, you have a 10 in 1000 (or 1 out of 100) chance of getting a key. Using these numbers, that's a 1% chance.

However, I'm guessing the pool of people eligible is much larger, which means our chances are still below 1%. :)

Edit: I welcome corrections to my math. I'm no major, and this is intended to be a rough estimate. ;)
