If I'm not mistaken, 'luck' (or as close to it as we can get) is still involved. This simply improves the amount of 'luck' in your favor. ;)

" That can only be known if we had the exact number of people eligible to get a key. You can pretty much just say that you count as 10 people (1*10=10). So, if there are 1000 people eligible to receive a key, you have a 10 in 1000 (or 1 out of 100) chance of getting a key. Using these numbers, that's a 1% chance. However, I'm guessing the pool of people eligible is much larger, which means our chances are still below 1%. :) Edit: I welcome corrections to my math.
