Map FAQ: A guide to all the areas in the game!

Bump. Updated, still working on dungeons, caves and prison sections. map randomization has really given me a good work load on those, also checking other difficulties to see differences. the FAQ should be entirely completed by at the latest tuesday at the earliest tomorrow.
