Don't know but still the majority of people chosen were inactive on the forums.. I guess we need a 100X instead of a 10X chance.. This way a lot of inactive users will still be chosen, but at least it will even out a bit for the active ones..

" Well, at least we try to follow the game as close as we can, not like someone who makes an account in a minute and never drops in again.. Also the devs say that even if the account has no posts, he can still read and follow the game. I agree, but to an extent. Because im sure that there is a large % of people, who just make the account and forget about it, thus some beta keys are lost in the process, they could be given to people that are actively present in the forums, and just wait to jump in the game.
