" Pretty sure it's entirely random. Picking any account that has registered with the website. They did mention that people who had posted would be given preference but it doesn't appear that way. I'd love to know if there are accounts that already have a key being offered one by the timer too. |

I think, that there will be a some filter of sending keys, first of all it will not send keys to profiles, which have the same date of last login and registration, because the overwhelming count of invites are sending to these accaunts.
