POE - Statistics & Achievements system on website/ingame

So long as we're proposing keeping public stats, this is something I mentioned in another thread...

An additional death consequence could be a viewable marker on the character indicating how many times he has died, and how recently (in levels). The "Death Mark" would fade (though remain visible) as experience was gained, and would be "emboldened," again, on the next death.

Perhaps mousing over the "Death Mark" could reveal the detailed stats (died how many times, to what, how many levels ago, etc.).

As an additional effect, friendly NPCs could have negative reactions modifiers to a freshly returned "revenant" character, perhaps resulting in different comment text, delays in quest rewards, or higher transaction prices until enough experience has accumulated to reduce the mark.

Certainly adds something to the old xp loss paradigm. =^[.]^=

I Think the achievements could give us some bonuses related to what we have to do to get em...

ie.: Kill 10.000 Standard ARPG Goblins!
if you get this achievement you get 5% damage against that kind of creature. (or 5% chance of a better drop form that creature)

this would make the game even fell more like realistic cuz you would have specialized in the thing you are geting a bonus. Especially if you have a title for it.

I dont know if they are planing a sort of craft/enhacing system but it would be specially nice to use this kind of example in something like that
