Haku and Elreon in Tidal Island?

Found them both yesterday , finally :-)
Haku only once,but that was enough to invite him in my hideout afterwards. Encountered Elreon a few times, he's lvl4 already. RNG "Metas rotate all the time, eventually the developers will buff melee"
