Vagan, where are you? (Can't find this Master.)

I've found:
Haku Elreon Tora Catarina Vorici ...but can't find Vagan. (I'll get to Zana in due course.) I've made 25+ runs in Normal Act 1, keep getting Haku. I've tried Cruel and Merciless, also with no result. Do all Masters appear in Act 1? Does the chance that a Master appear depend upon player level, Act, Difficulty Level, or some factor? Does the fact that I have most of the Masters now limit the chance of me finding Vagan? Does Vagan only appear in certain areas? Thanks to any who reply, signed, Going bald pulling my hair out in utter frustration |

I'm pretty sure its just RNG. Just continue to play and you will find him eventually. Or you could join a channel or guild where people share masters.

I've noticed that the masters are a bit predictable in the locations they will spawn. They seem to pop up more in acts that they reside in. So Vagan appears a lot in act III. It could just be a coincidence though.

Do what pretty much everyone does: farm Tidal Island - all masters except Zana can spawn. And/or, as mentioned, take advantage of the various group options (party doing split runs, guild, chat). I've lost count on how many masters were shared in my guild tonight but it was one every few minutes on all levels in various zones. :-)

Would love Vorici to spawn so I can get his hideout.

I still haven't found Elreon in Standard but have run into him the most of any master in Rampage.
Had a very poor encounter frequency geenrally, but has somewhat improved since trying Fetid Pool which I think is probably shorter and quicker than Tidal Island (?) |

I found him in Upper Submerged and no where else so far.

I found Vagan in Docks, Merciless level. Thanks for the feedback and moral support, it helped me get through the RNG ordeal. Really, it did. ;) |
