yea never noticed but they are the exact same other then the attack speed... thats odd maybe its an error because why would a higher lvl bow have the same damage and almost the same attack speed.

Yeah now that Decimations have the implicit crit, harbingers should have gotten a little more of a boost somewhere to differentiate them more than .1 attack speed.

.1 higher attack speed is nearly 10% higher DPS. That's a big chunk of damage.
