game dont open

At a few days ago i was playing poe and then,when i updated the windows 8 to windows 8.1 appears a black background with the follow error message: "The D3D device has a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released".
What i have to do to resolve this problem? |

Make clear install for your video drivers for windows 8.1 also pay attemtion what system do you have now 32 or 64 bit.
