I have the same problem. I always lag where there spell/skill animations. Act 1 doesn't lag for me, Act 2 - is lagy, but playable, Act 3 - is to way lagy, to many monsters with animations. Hope you will include an option to lower spell/skill animation effects. I also have noticed that if I teleport from one Act to another Act zones or from one difficulty to another my loading times increase dramatically.
