Notice there's 2 versions, Orange and Red. The Orange is in the shop, but not the Red. Is it a promo MTX? Bug? Fan meet giveaways?

Is this the colour you are talking about? If so it was a limited MTX with previous league. I would think you would have it if you bought the highest lvl pack? cheers Conan: Crush your enemies. ^ No fellows, as the Survivor Respite Portal is absolutely different than this one in the aforementioned screenshot. The red portal above is the exact copy of Orange Portal but Red in its colour nature.
While the actual Survivor Respite Portal is red AND has 1-H weapons surrounding it. Here's the live example below (now compare that with the screenie above, you'll notice drastic difference!):  The Gemling Queen favours 'NotACuckRoach'.

I heard that certain supporter pack-exclusive mtxes were released as purchasable mtxes in Garenaworld because they never got the chance to get them the way we did.

" We had a brief period of time where the portal effect indexes were corrupted, resulting in portal microtransactions applying the wrong effect. It looks like Schmeelk fell victim to this - he doesn't own the crimson portal effect, but he does have the portal which would have created the crimson portal effect during the period of corruption. The next time he applies any portal effect, this will fix itself, but until then he has a "legacy" portal effect. The crimson portal is not currently available for sale, sorry. Code warrior
