Hey I need help with designing my CI Cold Crit Witch. It gets +1 Power Charge from Alira, and it focuses on having a shield and high block. This is my first CI build so pointing anything I missed would be nice :D
This is core of the build This is probably full tree My main skill will be Freezing pulse+LL+ML+LMP+ICS(+FC) And I want to generate my power charges with: Ice Spear+LMP+PCoC+Elemental Proliferation I don't know if I should inwest more into mana reserved because I would like to run disciple, tempest shield late game and probably clarity on some low lvl. |
