Translation for POE Garena Taiwan 1.20 patch

Alright guys, I have only spent the first eight years of life in China. However that is enough for me to understand the advanced patch for the taiwanese server and here is my translation.
(I am not translating everything as some updates are rather redundant to me) http://poe.garena.tw/news/814-%E5%85%AC%E9%96%8B%E6%B8%AC%E8%A9%A6%E6%9B%B4%E6%96%B0%E5%85%AC%E5%91%8A -Strong boxes will be introduced to the standard league as well as stanard hardcore league. -Quivers have been redesigned; each class of quiver has its own characteristic effect. -Bows have increased DPS globally and some bows can have implicit bonus damage. -All low level weapons have higher attack speeds now. -Life flasks now regenerate more life. Two new end-game life flasks are introduced. -The quest rewards for early quests have been revamped. -Duelist receives double strike as first skill gem while shadow receives viper strike as the first skill gem upon landing in wraelcast. -Most skill gems have reduced mana costs and most support gems have reduced multipliers -Curse on hit now has 100% chance to cast supported curses and the effect of curses are increased as curse on hit levels -A lot of skills are weakened and a lot are buffed (Anger, wrath and spectral throw are weakened....) -Block chance reduction now has reduced 10% block chance reduction at all levels. -All curses have been nerfed but with new skill nodes added that buff curses. -Skill tree has been revamped, especially for witch, with new keystones added to the game. |

"All curses have been nerfed" -- yep, accurate translation right there. (I bet Chris wishes he could just use 'nerfed' in the patch notes, but he never will. Obviously.) That said, cheers for your efforts. Backstab is in the coding, but was removed before even Beta because, well, imagine the rage. Desync+situational attacks. Yeah, no.
