I FOUND THE WINNING COMBINATION.
Quillrain + Asphyxia's Wrath Ice Shot + CHAIN + CoH + Curse/etc. The new ice shot has a great animation too. The mana cost is less too. Below level 7 it costs 9 mana. at Level 7 it is 10, don't beyond that yet. Oh yeah, if you haven't figured it out, this is wily6 :) GMT -7:00 PST

Damn this is a really cool concept. Triple curse with ball lightning. Its just so hard to squeeze any other utility skills on a summoner character all slots are taken =/.
