The Shav find (and linking in 32 fuses) definitely put us way out in front of most people on uber in Ambush - that said I don't think it's really going to matter that much because I don't think the time effort is ever going to be there in a temp league again (on my part, I mean) to try and pull off what we did in Ambush anyways. Any attempt to get near that would be doomed to failure by default. (my steam count went up 1600ish hours during Ambush - I don't think my wife would ever stand for it again in a 4month period even if I wasn't burned out pretty hard by the end of that)

Once you're going ofc, gaining wealth is an exercise in doing +ev things over and over until you either get tired or it stops being profitable. (in an accelerating snowball as you gain more) But finding that Shav certainly starts your snowball off a hell of a lot bigger and moving quicker than most other peoples.

The current plan is probably just to nab 5 challenges for the MTX next league, and continue playing primarily on Standard beyond that. We'll see how the new leagues turn out I guess - barring them making 8/8 significantly easier I don't plan on going near that again.

Thousands. On average took only a couple hundred chromes per pair (probably 300-400) but one really stubborn pair took over 1k all by itself. In that time I hit GGGB once and that was the only pair not vaaled in the GGGR configuration.

The axes were very interesting in Ambush - because you had this game going of "how long do I dare hold out and let my buyer get desperate" to drive the price up vs the risk of your buyer finding his own axe and/or one of the other farmers finding one and undercutting you.


Overall I think it worked out pretty well though. We certainly made errors (isn't hindsight OP) at various points (ie we should've driven the price of Mortal Hope up sooner, rather than waiting) but overall I'm happy with the league.

Mine's totally annoyed with the game and I play, at _most_ 2 hours a day.

p.s. BTW, wife logic goes something like this: you play a game 1-2 hours a day and that's totally stupid and when are you going to stop playing (forever) ? I watch TV/read a book 2 hours a day but that's completely different and it's totally fine. ??!

That's sick! Gz. Lvl 26 AA so OP! Mine is only a lvl 23 after AA lvl 21 and lvl 3 empower, and what a difference it is from my other char that only runs a lvl 20..
