Getting abysmal FPS only sometimes.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I have run an anti virus and nothing came up. I might need to replace my graphics card. Tried all the standard reinstalling driver ect..

FPS drops here as well....constant 60fps then random drops.

I don't think there's enough information to make that assumption just yet.

Try this: Run www.speedtest.net in the background while running PoE. If you get FPS drop, then it's network-related (are you running PoE in lockstep mode?). If your FPS is fine, then we check some other things.
