Oh My God PoE Is An MMORPG

Hypocrites.
People crying about RNG not allowing them to get what they want.
GGG finds solution, cry out "game is going MMO!".

MMO = Massively Multiplayer Online, which means you are forced to team up with people in order to complete objectives. PoE doesn't force you to do that.

To me, the update will improve the social aspect of the game, mainly by adding hideouts which can be used as guild halls.

Meh, from what I've read, it sounds I'll be able to ignore the abominable trade chat even easier now. So even if PoE gets a little MMOish, it compensates with less trading-showed-down-your-throat, which is good.

With all the tradecore fixation, PoE was never a "real" aRPG anyway...

This Masters and Hideout stuff is still optional. The core aRPG RNG content is still there, unchanged.
POE is a constantly evolving game, so expect balance changes, buffs and nerfs STILL!
