Depends on your own skill set, the videos are good to watch to get a good idea - Puncture/TS is good if you are skilled with it, DD and Incinerate have been done many times at low cost (Skyion has good videos) as have SRS builds.

Why is pretty much every single budget build listed here a lie? Almost all of them cost a hell of a lot more then stated and/or claims you can do it on a 5L but are only shown to work with the 6L. Or you dont count the 21/20 gems etc.
The SRS one is probably the most funny so far, just the 6L +3 staff is way more then 20. | |
" Not true at all, you don't need a 6l +3 staff. There is a discussion earlier of what gear level can do uber atziri with srs and it falls within 20 ex. |
