Leadership, or perhaps in your case, intimidation is what is necessary to keep people in line, and to establish their roles, any team requires a strong leader, and that is perhaps why PUGs fail so horribly.

I remember a cod party once where this kid was just screaming, moaning and making retarded sounds constantly. I unmuted him five minutes later and he was still at it. A cursory check of the leaderboard had him sitting at 12-1 and completely carrying our team.
