Point blank range?

What is the max range that this spell works? By "very close" does that just mean it has to be in your face?

Actually, you get full bonus at twice the melee range of one-handed weapons (one-handed melee range is 4, two-handed is 5. Point blank has full bonus up to range 10).

When my shadow with Ethereal knives gets in level range I will def do a lot of test to show the range.

freezing pulse is not an attack, so no it does not work
