Couple of things:
1. Whenever I need scours I buy them at this rate (i.e. 2 scours for my 1 chaos), same goes for the regrets.
2. This is a shop, not a currency exchange website, if you're unsatisfied with my rates, either pay in chaos/exalts or exchange the currency yourself.
3. chaos = scour + alch when it comes to crafting, it wouldn't make sense if scour was worth as much as chaos
