Is This Really Happening? Awesome Item Inside Dunno If I Should Exalt Or Not

Ok guys, so a few weeks ago Rng was kind enough to bless me with this item:
Now, as you can see this has some great rolls on it and i already got an offer of 3 mirrors in game and one 6l Lightning Coil. Both legit offers and one of them you can view in my shop: ShopPage6 Now the question is, although 3 mirrors sounds kinda low, should i trade for it or should i eternal exalt it to make the item complete, potentially gaining a lot more value with the right rolls? The itemlevel is 72 so it can possibly roll some OP mods like 1 life regen/sec. Any thoughts appreciated. Will probably craft this tonight Eu time. Dont do it: the rolls are too high.
those 7s could be 6s that 8 could be a 3 Perfect accuracy rating and - attribute requirement though. Oblivious
