If Snapshot is fixed what happens with RF?

With redbeak snapshot my build im curretly leveling would reach 25k dps without any curses.
With doryanis catalyst i will get 21k dps Without doriyani 16k dps which is totally fine dmg for just running around. with curses and EE and redbeaks it would be way more. | |
