@Shag: In the underwold, type of gear does not matter, boots do not have to be on a boots slot, you can equip them on the helmets slot and vice versa.
Example: You can use Tabula Rasa as a helmet and BoR as a chest giving you the possibility to do :

Go create a new character and you should be able to choose the option "Underworld".
