Yes you press alt first. Then while still holding alt, you press tab. This should change what was an IG command to a Windows command, negating the alt IG.

You don't negate anything, you just send another key code to the computer. So first you send the alt one, then the alt-tab one. That's how it works.

Not sure if serious.
I cant stand the items being always on. they just cover the mob im killing. Pressing alt to check every so often is bettwer. I just love listening for the sound of the game when certain items drop. Smoother than Smooth.
