Sounds broken.

how exactly can a concept sound broken?

i can see this happening for some unused clusters but many would need to be nerfed to ofset the boost.

what i would like to see is some sort of sinergy between clusters, something like:
*complete one of templars armor/ES clusters and one of shadow eva/ES cluster and get 1-2% regen per sec
*get all aura nodes and mortal comviction and get +15% increased effects of buffs on you
and stuff like that.

Sounds fun but I think it ends up being a bad idea. Underused clusters should just be buffed / trimmed instead.
