Dual Wielding wands: How to make them viable for maps?

Now that the dual wielding buff is here getting a 20% physical damage multiplier (more damage), do you think it's viable now? I'm itching to try, but my instincts say it's still not worth it.
I haven't tried the build you posted, but I still have my doubts on it. feels like you go too far just to get Twin Terrors and IR. Better stay in the land of the damned, Exile. Here, even the very words are corrupted by Nightmare.

I've been trying to level an elemental dual wander for a while, came back to it thinking it'd get buffed... wow, really GGG? Physical only? The problem is that wands have low base damage compared to 1h melee weapons, making elemental much more appealing.
They probably thought "hey, elemental attack builds are good enough, let's leave them as is" when really all they did was shoehorn anyone who wants to play them into 1h + shield, which is currently the most used play-style anyway :/ . |
