Feeback: Small tid-bit regarding Eyefinity/Nvidia Surround
I just wanted to start a small thread regarding multi-monitor gaming. Your game supports triple monitor resolutions like 5760x1200 very well! No stretching what so ever, and the aspect ratio of the game fits just fine.
The only suggestion that I'd like to make is, to try to center the 2D and HUD elements to the middle monitor. Although it is a small convenience, looking all the way to the right of my right monitor, or all the left to the left monitor; is a bit tiresome. So, definitely NOT a priority in comparison to the other game issues/modifications. But hopefully, this will be kept in mind in future stages of the games. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

Bumping to post a quick screen shot of what I mean.
![]() If you notice, the UI elements are on the sides. Centering them, would make this game absolutely perfect! The work is generally done though, as the aspect ratio fits just fine. |

Is this native support? I assume then your lateral speed is like 3x normal :P Running north/south must feel like you're crawling.
In either case, this is why I so vehemently support a custom UI. There is no reason why players should not be able to place their UI elements where they want. Considering the game is based on component system technology, I have to imagine that the client UI is as well... even if the art currently isn't, but making dockable art shouldn't be a stretch. Haha, this makes me want to play this game in the highest resolution possible. As in, go into a movie theatre and play it on their screen.

" It is native I believe (although I could be wrong), because in comparison to 1920x1200, this resolution of 5760x1200 adds on in terms of horizontal field of view. Oh, not at all in terms of north/south. Feels very fluent, speedy, and more immersive. Trust me, it doesn't make it feel slow, although I can see why one would get that impression. I agree, I'm a huge fan of custom UI. Though few games support it, but when it does, it's the absolute best. Hopefully one of the GGG guys have taken a glance at my thread! Searched for this thread because I was wondering if there will be any attempt to center the UI for the eyefinity and Surround users. I currently game with eyefinity, and I think the game looks beautiful on my triple screen set up!

I think I may be bumping an old thread (Search brought me to this post), but as an nVidia Surround user, I would love to see this happen.
I have not logged in yet (Still downloading); so the game (aside from the UI) supports surround natively? |

I also play on a triple screen eyefinity setup. The game looks and runs fantastic. Dockable UI elements would be the icing on the cake.

+1 for this please. Even Torchlight 1 and 2 has it. It's "ok" to have the rest on the outside monitors ie. inventory etc, but We really need the main hud with health etc in the middle. I concur with an above suggestion - and you don't see it enough in any game other than MMO's - FFXIV ARR - has the best customisable hud I've seen. Tera is also good.
Another competitor has a centred hud as well that's in Alpha stage - GD. Hopefully this can happen - in saying that though - the hud takes up a LOT of real estate - perhaps even a scaling option for the hud? |

It would be cool to get some feedback on this :)
