If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch. well as for the description of my own guide, My thing has always been more of an explanation of mechanics with an example build and helping people find their own way xD. my build is like literly 1/5 of my entire guide lol. for the description of my own guide i think something like this may be a bit better "Lightning arrow with GMP/pierce instead of the more classical LMP/Chain, uses an Iceshot totem for major CC. Either ranger or shadow start. Has explanations on mechanics and build editing." Also, you may want to include poe builder or some other sites for build editing if this is gonna be THE guide sticky lol. IGN: Omjak

So I am looking through these builds, and I think most folks have done a really good job on them. But somehow there doesn't really seem to be a full blown evasion based phys crit split arrow guide. Is it a dick move to have 2 guides on here (my phy crit one is higher than my chaos ranger)? If not, I'd be happy to make one.

I can't speak for the compiler of the Index, but many builds on here are the same basic build with some twists thrown in.
So if you feel inspired and have something to add I say go for it. |

I take a short break and come back to having a sticky thread on the Ranger forums? What is this?? Ahahaha, good job mate! I don't really bother what you call my build :P The masses will decide what it is. Looking to start PoE again soon! Best thing to get over a messy breakup!

@Asidra: there's no problem in having multiple guides indexed here. I have for instance referenced the two guides made by feyith (and they are in shadow section ^^). maxboo's guide could be considered as a classical split arrow build, with a tree that doesn't focus heavily on projectile damage. The CoC-EK is only a twist to add some dps. But feel free to add a guide if you want :p.
@Skywalkerfx: yep, most ranger bow builds have a very similar tree. This can be seen as both positive (we have fairly robust tree) and negative point (lack of variety). @Omjak: description updated. And yes, I'll add some more links for useful resources. Not a huge fan of poebuilder though, it's so slow, I prefer POE Skill Tree Planer. But I'll add it anyway. Ranger builds list: /917964

I'm happy to see that someone started a build list thread for the ranger class(2 more classes to go).
Also the 1 sentence explanation from the creator about his/her build is a great idea and if you don't mind i plan to steal it for the Duelist and Marauder build lists :) "I'm going to show you pain you never knew existed, you're going to see a whole new spectrum of pain!!!!!
