They actually did drop within a minute.
Note, if I had gone direct to the stairs, they'd be like 5 secs apart (well if it still dropped from that mob).

Also agreed, request nerf to self-found. Unlike us party whores running around like headless chickens, they get all the benefits of getting stuff done within minutes.
