Starting from the top, it lists (in order) which act boss (or map) can drop which unique. If an item is listed below the boss that means it can drop it. If it's above it, it cannot. It may be useful to some. And compare "Chitus Apex Necromancer ciclet level" with "Merveil's level". Remember, suffering is convenient. That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort.
