Farming currency

There's Ofc the obvious ways of selling rares etc and chaos recipe. Trading up low currency. On average what's everyone's average chaos / day ratio? I feel like I'm O ly stacking up 2-4 chaos worth of orbs a day some times. Don't get me wrong rng Ganna rng and I've got 4 chaos drops + other orbs but that's not very often.
On a side note I've noticed since I've been keeping a few chaos and jewels in my inv I seem to be getting more dropped. Sounds stupid I know. But I've heard of pal not finding any drops them buy a support pack and "magically" they find GG rares and unique drops. I'm just saying rng seems less rng some times. |

" I just started keeping the chaos and jewels in my inv a few days ago and I swear I've got more chaos drops in the past 5 days then I did in 1 month of last ladder I play a typical of 3-4 hrs a day. Running piety for drops I typically keep bad base rares for the 2 chaos recipe and good bases I usually I'd and r vendor keep for xyz (which I typically under price my gear to get the sale) but typically I'm not finding many good rares. And run lower maps 66-70 when I get sick of piety. |

Just farming rares and selling I can easily do 1 alt per minute or more.
Chaos are harder - I don't trade so my rate is limited by ring and amulet drops - if I farm Piety or fellshrine maybe 1 per hour or so. | |
" Damn an alt per min is way higher then me. Am I missing something about what rares to pick? |

A few chaos per day if I play a few hours.

Short term goals are important to keep up moral. Currency is too chancy to be a goal. You get burnt out too quickly. Much better to ignore it and find something else to do and pick up currency as a side effect.
