Results after running WinMTR

Ok so i experience desync on a regular basis, at least 5-10 per map. Here's the results from WinMTR:

Use PingPlotter instead. Set the packet type to TCP.

Go to the Edit -> Options menu.
Select 'Packet' from the list on the left.
In 'Packet Type', select 'TCP Packets (ie: HTTP, etc)'.
In 'Timeout speed', enter: 3000
In 'Packet Size', enter: 40

Ok I downloaded PingPlotter. Was i supposed to enter the same address I put into the other program? If that is a yes, then that's what I did. How do I get results and post them on the forums?
