Nice build, but why no life leech on gear?

" I've got 2% from the tree, which is absolutely plenty. I rarely ever dip into my life with an Aegis equipped. The life leech from the tree is picked up for DoT damage (mostly the ridiculous Desecrate Invaders) and the rare chance I don't block and take a big hit that breaks into my life pool. Any external leech isn't necessary from gear. __ I also just found another pair of gloves, which unfortunately I can't exactly call an upgrade, but it gives me the 6% extra Fire Resistance I needed for Elemental Weakness. The 10% Attack Speed I dropped from my old gloves is almost negated by the small 3-6 Physical damage on the new pair. I only lost about 190 total DPS from the swap. I gained much more life & ES [6486/679 to 6587/731] at the cost of around 460 Armour. I would still love to upgrade both of my rings and get some insane gloves. I've been trying to craft gloves, but to no avail. I'm pretty happy with my belt and am not interested in upgrading to a Rustic; the damage increase is too minimal and I've had some close enough calls to where I would have possibly died if it weren't for my belt's ironclad defenses.
