Suggestion: a way to affect item level

Idea.

Instead of it automatically rerolling the item for you, like using a chaos orb for you, it should only work on white items. This way players would have to actually invest in order to upgrade the item.

Either way, it won't work. If it works on magical items at all, it will essentially be giving you one free currency. An alteration for magic items and a chaos for rare items. If it only works on white items, and removes all properties, then it adds a scouring.

If it only works on white items without properties, besides quality, then that might be useful. Not sure what reason one would do such a thing, but it's the only way to prevent free currency from being used.

upgrading item level would make endgame 5 and 6-link items easier to gt
