So even when take all passive blocknode can take and wear Aegis shield we just have max is 55 block chance? I guess need started find Rumi??

Both have pros and cons, but overall, I like gladiator more. If you're going for a non-crit 1-handed melee build, gladiator is definitely better. You can have almost the same amount of endurance charges, easy charge generation through warlord's mark or riposte + ECoMS, like in my build, and a slightly lower, but still decent amount of armour.

I actually started a 1h RT aegis gladiator build in Essence, you can check it out: char name Serge_Aegis_Atlas. Uses Varunastra because I wanted to see if/how good it is.

Thanks for the reply. I've already checked that out. Was thinking to try it myself with a +1 curse amy and either Vulnerability or Temp chains gloves.

Tweaked my marauder a little more to see what dps i could squeeze out after the EQ nerf.
I usually ran without a golem or ancestral totem. I swapped out my vaal molten shell 3L and added the golem and totem.

This screenshot is with a low level flame golem, low level ancestral protector, Lion's Roar, Atziri's Promise. Onslaught was not up at the time. I hit 169.7k With onslaught up.
I think a Lightning golem would suit my build better and add a bit more dps over a flame golem.

1H Berserker Tank EQ DPS post-nerf
I also threw on a random non-legacy Soul Taker to check the dps difference and I top out at 138k.

That's why I added Berserker to the build, it's a really good ascendancy, potentially even better than Juggernaut now that it was nerfed.

ComradeSerge, i want start u build. Then Berserker é the better option?

How much Energy shield do you need to have for aegis to be good? if u have like 20000 armor. u get 400 energyshield per block. So u need to have like 400 energy shield?
