Best game you ever played

Hmmm Postal 2 = Fun and GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE
Unreal Tournament 2004 ballistic weapons mod : MOAR GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE
And Rusty Hearts: Like an online devil may cry
3 Warhammer:shadow of the horned rat

1. Wild arm

2. Breath of fire 3

Yes all ps1 games.. but all so so awesome wild arms is my fave rpg ever, I think I even prefer it to ff 7 and breath of fire is just a awesome game awesome story and I LOVE the random dragon combinations.

As for shadow of the horned rat, well its just freaking awesome, yes the graphics are absolutely god awful compared to modern games but it the battles where fun and it had something most games these days don't... OPTION!! you didn't walk a straight line down the story, you could do side missions which would mean you spend longer in a town so when you reach the next one its been attacked or choose to go to zhufbar instead of loren which leads to a entirely different set of missions and units. If any game needs remaking its that, its simply amazing
"Fallout I".
"This is too good for you, very powerful ! You want - You take"
1. Diablo 2 LOD = ofcourse

2. C&C Generals

3. Lunar Silverstar (Sega CD)

NES: Earthbound ,Dragon Warrior 1,3&4

SNES: Mario RPG,Secret of Mana,Simcity,Super Metroid

SEGA Gen: Fatal Labrinth,Kings Bounty
this question is tricky, as for the most time consuming its Runescape while for the best is probably Darksouls.
I'd have to say (Order is meaningless):

1.Baldur's Gate (the first one, 2nd was good too)
2.The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
3.Knights and Merchants (The Shattered Kingdom). xD
4.Divine Divinity.
5.Diablo I (and II 8^]).

Oldies but goodies!

My favourite game - Half - Life and Half - Life 2

it's the best fps which i played.
XENIMUS
I have many favourite games but the two which give me the best memories of my childhood would be The Legend of Zelda on the NES and Final Fantasy VII on the PS1.
If we define this by sheer amount of playtime and enjoyment then it's gotta be Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction, no contest AT ALL.

If we take out the playtime equation we end up with a couple of games because it's impossible for me to pick just 1. So they're Baldurs Gate 2 (+Expansion and mods <3), Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (+Mods), and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (+Multiplayer mod).
Path of Diablo 3.
