death knight "Arthas" build

i'm lvl 17, this is it so far:

everything is actually fine atm, minions survive most fights, i kill things very quickly, haven't gotten near being overwhelmed/low hp yet.

Well iam on my way to slightly different build of a Death Knight.



It is more mace and shield based forced to be more tanky and minions for support.

Maybe an another idea for you guys!

Could you tell a little more about gear and the order to get the passive skills?
