I think the most fun with Vaal Fireball was when you could use LMP/GMP, sadly apparently this interaction got changed and instead of 96/160 fireballs you actually only shoot 34/37 because it simply adds +2/+4 fireball to the whole skill instead of each individual fireball.
As it seems it's a rather unpopular and less impactful Vaal gem, so i do not quite understand why you'd take out the fun of the spell :/ | |
