The Vaal Orb is the best orb to happen to the average player. It's too bad that GGG sux at explaining their own systems plainly. Basically, Vaal Orb is an Exalted orb that you don't need to be rich in order to use. Now it is entirely feasible to trans/alt/regal/vaal into a 3 modded item that's cheap and effective on the go. I don't see what the problem is. The fact that you can only use it once ensures that the value of the orb will never get out of hand inflating the cost of using them on your gear like say the fusion orb or chaos orb.
Vaal orb puts a chink in the glass ceiling between mirror worthy crafted items and items that ordinary humans tend to find as they play the game as you can take a pretty decent 140% phys damage 5L sword that you find and Vaal it into culling strike mod effectively making your sword a 6L. I think the orb is great and that...generally people who don't know much about the game complain about RNG layer that it adds. Sure it's RNG but it's RNG that the average player will only benefit from. |

I wish I could rep you OP. Yeah, that logo is exactly how I feel about this game. Maybe add something to show for the desync and you are golden. Desync and RNG, that is what this game is.
