yea but even Ash + Ice is lower dps on tooltip than Hatred anger or Wrath.
Ash and Ice just give extra splash damage which isnt shown on tooltip, but really increase clearspeed of packs.

I'm excited to see what 20/20 herald ice and ash replacing haste will do

I also tried somethign similar. I took out hatred and replaced with Herald ice/ash. It allowed me to go back to lvl 24 AA with 21 clarity, and i still have almost 200 mana avail. Never shoot blanks now, even with GMP. The DPS is about 8% less, but the splash is nice. Also, when you 1 shot groups and sometimes 1-2 mobs dont die, the ignite will kill them. So it really does make clear times faster!!!

EDIT: g2 love Vorici. only way i could try this gem combo and keep cwdt was to RRR my wand. normally this would take 2000 chromes, but good ol' OP Vorici. 50 chromes later

I now have MORE dps than i have ever had before. about 4% MORE; along with more available mana, incinerate damage and splash damage.. So, if your okay with loosing the MS from haste, you will gain a lot more DPS by removing haste instead of hatred. iow, running both heralds with hatred, while removing haste will gain you mana, AoE damage and more DPS than any other gem setup presented so far. ***

Ehehehe. Running BM/MC with Springleaf Springleaf 8 auras + 2 heralds. LMP Chain FA. 30k.
This is JUST for masterfarming, ofc, I can't live with this longterm. But it's like a freaky weirdass budget wander.

I have puny 4.7k ES and 40% dmg reduction. Think I can even ditch vitality now and rely on Springleaf and LGOH and run 2 purities instead of 1.

...if anything I can now do BM maps ;_;

keeps getting better and better with new gems as i lvl them up. Almost 6K more DPS now with new gem setup ( lvl 18/20 HoI and 14/20 HoA).

Also, my haste is in my boots (+1 gems), and when i remove haste for lvl 21 hatred in +1 boot (lvl 22 hatred) you get to 37%, where as lvl 20-21 did nothing. so even more DPS gained there!

Im up almost 10% DPS from original gem setup with many more lvls to go on gems. i would imagine this gem setup with all BiS gear (Kasierins gear) would get him from 77K - 85K atleast. while also granting more available mana, spash and incinerate at the loss of only movement speed (loss from removing haste)...

just put haste back in for master runs if you need the MS. hatred for DPS.

I'm running that 22 hatred too in the boot cuz my havoc weaver forced me to, just waiting on vorici to let me color my corrupted boots and for new wand to arrive to see the full picture
