Game and Computer Crashes

Every time I try to play this game I only get about 5-10mins in without my computer crashing down. I bought my laptop about 1 year ago, so I would expect it to be able to run it. Also it has 4gb of ram, I don't see the issue or the reason why this is happening to me. (I have quality on medium, no shadows, everything unchecked, resolution on lowest, and is running on windowed)
