Sorry for noob question~ I just started a day ago and I am wondering If I have Mind over matter, and Chaos Inoculation is this a instant kill if I get touched?

" Nope. You can have both, but MoM just wont work in such a case (it works for life, not for energy shield). Eldrich Battery + CI is insta-death from almost any hit, though. You should choose only one of them. Eldrich Battery is usually used with Mind over Matter (either from keystone or item). IGN: MortalKombat

" Energy Shield is depleted before MoM comes into play, and this is clearly stated there by GGG. So, having both CI and MoM wont deplete your mana when hit, nor reduce damage taken. And when CI char loses all ES, he dies. IGN: MortalKombat

I read it too quickly, it will be useless then, my mistake !
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

EB and CI is the best passive combination available in the game, stop telling people about it. The devs might find out and nerf the combo.
ESPECIALLY don't tell anyone about the super special exploit you can trigger if you take CI first, EB second and then drink from a caustic mana flask! Closed beta member since: March 19, 2012

^ don't forget the super speed hack glitch where if you feed your high level hardcore characters to 3 zombies near the beach until death you automatically reborn with full stats.
