My load screen never loads

I created my hero, and when I go play the 1 load screen never ends, the music dont stop and my pc ir normal I can alt+tab and everything..
can i do something? | |

It might be that your computer is too old for the game.

my computer is not old. i can play d3 with no problems..

Post your specs and try to delete Production_config.ini which is located in C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\My Documents\My Games\Path of Exile
