Best Farming build as of now?

My best farmer is also an archer.. i didn't go overboard, just dual Andvarius and go (ofc i will use more IIR, when i found good pieces of gear)

I can easily do maps up to 75, after that i start to die because of my non-capped resists.
No legacy IIQ, usually i roll my maps blue, 30-65 IIQ.

SA/Puncture (puncture still has it's basic functionality, even after the nerf), Hatred+Temp.chains
keeps most monsters under the control.

Gear:

I do 78s pretty easy...just Dominus on palace is a bit sucky and Atziri in full mf gear or 79 Vaal Temple isnt a problem as well...for cull yellows or others...i have 402/13 if its still true, had already sometimes 423/13...and its aint a problem

My Gear:



normally its with Infernal Mantle 6L but i will build up a CoC Discharge Cyclone one soon so i'm selling all i got right now, thats why my 2nd dual wand has no projectile speed on it

the good thing about dual flame totems is, i've got 9.9k dmg with 1 Totem and GMP
so it should be around 10k * 2 * 5 = 100k dmg and its so easy to do atziri and all maps

but i still got problems from time to time with dominus...there i need to switch out my IIR Gem and some Items for fast SHOTGUN Dps

but i want to run a different build too, to dont get bored all the time from Dual Flame Totems, thats why i asked if there is a build which can do the same as i do right now

more than 6800 ES, more than 900 ES/s regen with flask ( around 300 without ).
More than 34k dps RF.

Not sure what I would play on temporary league, there are more choices since you don't have to use IIQ gem.

in torment league i was doing atziri runs with 300+ IIR (5L shockwave totem)
