Microtransaction Effects Deleted

Hello GGG support staff,
Last night I died on the HC char I was playing (RainyDaze, Ranger) and I logged off because it was late. This morning I hopped on, deleted that char to remake it, and realized afterwards that my arcane glow and fire visage were on that char. They now subside in the ethereal void that is deleted videogame characters. A little help would be appreciated. Darkrift | |
