I play two low-life shadow builds that are specced "normally". Unless you went far into the duelist tree to grab IR/US (and even then), which is normally only possible after level 90, I doubt you can hit 150 with no non-path str nodes assuming your tree is point efficient.

Or maybe it is, and you just play an unconventional ES build or race. Who knows - I honestly have no idea since you didn't post your skill tree.
