hey, im the guy who created that base,some days ago when I seen the lottery for that base I was going to give it a try , but didnt have a ilvl83 base so the lottery owner gave me one, I was lucky I made the base from couple of alterations and 1 regal, I was aware that it isnt the required base for lottery, so the lottery owner gave me 20ex , I totally agreed with that payout because it wasnt even my base ,he gave me 20ex because he was unsure if he will find something better or not, now after crafting was done he gave me 90ex + 1000% legacy facebreakers, he wanted me to offer more but I refused, this guy doesnt scam, he had my in his friend list the whole time he crafted that base, and remember the base wasnt even the one required for lottery.
