Cutthroat League coming out in March update?

I mean... alot of people have waited forever for cutthroat League. Like longer than anything else pretty much. I think its starting to reach a point where they should give us more info about cutthroat League, or admit to us that there wont ever be a permanent cutthroat League. (When you wait this long, you just start to get doubts.) One of these Things is better than nothing.

Anyways... still waiting patiently.

They should at least make normal/cruel/merciless restricted to each other, just for a start, but yeah, its hard to solve the balance completely. But hey, its cutthroat, it also needs to be brutal, but lvl 80 vs 10 is just broken, and will prevent the League from even working correctly...

I still want to play it though. The cutthroat races is the most fun I,ve had in PoE by FAR. Screw act 3 and act 4. :D. I,ve had more fun from playing 1 cutthroat race than I,ve had from playing through act 3. Seriously.

Maybe they could also seperate it by acts?
