i dont think Doon Cuebiyari Vaal Sceptre works because when you cast rf it snapshots whatever dam buffs you haveon the redbeaks and jack and when you swap back the rf buff is set and the increase dam doesnt add more damage because the buff was captured.

i also run with one but will prolly swap too something else if i can get confirmation.
